Kasey's real estate practice is focused on being an agent, in classic terms, for her clients. In that regard, she understands that people in the real estate market have many options that they can turn to if they are simply seeking property listings. Kasey believes that she offers more than being a middleman, generating transaction costs. Instead, she works hard to understand her clients' needs, expectations, and goals. She knows that her clients seek her assistance with very large decisions, which cannot be taken lightly. Consequently, she is aggressive in seeking out properties and opportunities that meet the parameters set forth by her clients, but also maintains a "low pressure" relationship with them, so that they always feel informed, but do not feel that she puts her financial interests before theirs.
Prior to her career in real estate, Kasey was a classical pianist and a teacher. She was a scholarship recipient from both New England Conservatory and Northwestern University's graduate school of music, where she received degrees in piano performance. She has won various national competitions and performed internationally. Domestically, she has performed at various prestigious stages, such as Carnegie Hall, Merkin Hall, and Steinway Hall.
Kasey is fluent in both English and Korean.
Kasey lives in Battery Park City. She volunteers with New York Cares. Her hobbies include biking, kayaking, and travel.
